Privacy Policy

We collect and process only the information needed to respond to inquiries, operate this website, protect it from abuse, and improve its performance. We do not sell personal information.

  • Contact inquiries: When you submit the contact form, we process the name, email address, company, selected service, and message you provide. The submission is delivered to us using Resend's email service.

  • Retention and disclosure: We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for communication, business records, security, or legal obligations. We may share information with service providers that help operate the website or when required by law.

Payment Policy

Payment schedules, currencies, methods, taxes, milestones, and due dates are defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, order form, or invoice. Clients should review and approve those terms before work begins.

  • Invoices are payable according to the due date and instructions stated on the invoice.
  • Work, delivery, licenses, or access may be paused when an invoice becomes overdue, subject to the applicable written agreement.
  • Third-party fees, platform charges, licenses, hosting, domains, taxes, and similar costs may be billed separately when agreed.

04

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable proposal, statement of work, order form, or other written agreement because each engagement has different deliverables, resources, and third-party commitments.

  • Completed work, approved milestones, time already performed, and committed or non-cancellable third-party costs are generally not refundable.
  • Any approved refund will account for completed work, allocated resources, and applicable third-party charges.
  • Submit payment or refund questions with the relevant invoice or project reference to info@vornexlabs.com.
